How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret we can not refund delivery charges, and we can not accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise. Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card.

To return an item purchased from hartlynkids.com, please send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number. We will then issue you a return authorization number.
After you have received a return authorization number, please ship the item using an insured or trackable carrier to the address below.

At this time we only offer USPS shipping.
Shipping charges are flat rate based on product weight.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time
Orders can take up to three days to be processed in our warehouse, and this time is in addition to the estimated shipping time. Please keep this in mind as you choose your shipping method. Most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days.
